Biography
Dr. William McLean formerly served as Director of the departments NASPAA accredited Master of Public Administration Program. In addition he serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium (APAC). Dr. McLean is also the co-founder and Director of the Center for Social Research, a 16-station computer assisted telephone survey center at Arkansas State University. He has published widely in the fields of public administration and political science. His works have appeared in Public Administration Review, Public Opinion Quarterly, American Review of Politics, Review of Policy Research and PA Times.
