Current A-State students with an outstanding academic record are strongly encouraged to apply for admission to the Honors College. Students applying should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and be recommended by a faculty member or their academic advisor. The recommending faculty member or academic advisor should send an informal recommendation via email to honors@astate.edu. Applications are not complete without a recommendation.

Current A-State students with 18 or more credit hours must complete this application in order to be considered for admission to the Honors College.

Due Date For Priority Registration

Submit your Honors application at least two weeks in advance of priority registration in order to take advantage of this benefit.
