Biography
A faculty member at Arkansas State since 2010, Claire has designed costumes for more than fifty productions at A-State, including Into the Woods, Godspell, Silent Sky, Head Over Heels, and Little Women. In 2018 she was invited to design costumes for a new play, The Field, which premiered off-Broadway as part of the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival in New York City. She frequently collaborates with The Link Theatre, Jonesboro’s first professional theatre company, serving as an advisor as well designing four of their productions, The Fantasticks, All in the Timing, She Loves Me, and The Sound of Music. In addition to serving as the Resident Costume Designer for A-State Theatre, she also manages the costume shop and oversees student designers.
