Mr. Ott is an academic advisor for the University Advising Center. He has worked in higher education for 10 years, all at Arkansas State University. His experience includes working for the Office of Access and Accommodations, the Department of Mathematics and the University College Dean’s office.
Mr. Ott is also a retired Sergeant First Class in the United States Army and Arkansas National Guard who deployed to combat twice.
In his spare time, Mr. Ott enjoys reading a wide variety of subjects, writing both fiction and nonfiction, and spending time outdoors. He is a family man and father of 4, with whom he enjoys spending his time.
