Operating procedures are located in our PolicyTech system which can be accessed via our procedures landing page. This page can be found several ways, including using the A to Z index and searching for Operating Procedures.

Operating procedures within PolicyTech are searchable by keywords, titles and reference numbers. For visual guidance on searching for and accessing procedures in PolicyTech, check out this short A-State PolicyTech Tutorial.

The PolicyTech system will enable A-State to improve the efficiency and accuracy of maintaining its campus-wide operating procedures by using a document management system that will help standardize the process for creating, reviewing, updating and publishing operating procedures. 

Additionally, the system provides faculty, staff and students easy access to operating procedures and a powerful search function that makes finding a specific procedure document quick and easy. Once located, the document can be printed or downloaded in pdf format.

The PolicyTech system will serve as a central repository for all procedures that apply campus-wide, i.e. those that impact most members of the University community.

Operating procedures within PolicyTech may be found by entering keywords, titles and reference numbers in the search field found in the top, right-hand section of the main PolicyTech page. A search can be performed on both the title of the procedure and the body of the document text.
