1. What is Club Sports?
Club Sports is an organization of students formed for the purpose of engaging in competition in a particular athletic activity with other institutions of higher learning.
2. What is the difference between Club Sports, Intramural Sports and NCAA sanctioned Sports?
Club Sports = designed to include those students who desire to continue to compete at the collegiate level but do not participate in NCAA Sports
Intramural Sports = sports created for all students within one university
NCAA = The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) is a non-profit association that regulates athletes of 1,281 institutions, conferences, organizations, and individuals that organizes the athletic programs of many colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.
3. What Sports are offered?
Rugby, Spirit Squad, Ultimate Frisbee, Softball, Bass Fishing, E-Sports, and Archery are currently active club sports. Presently, ASU has a maximum limit of 8 teams
4. Who is eligible to play Club Sports?
Full time student of ASU- Jonesboro campus. Full time is defined as 12 hours undergraduate, 9 hours graduate.
5. How much does it cost to play?
Each club varies on the amount of dues paid by club members
6. How do I start a team?
Each club team must be a registered student organization before becoming eligible for club sport status. For additional information, click on link below.

7. Is there a roster limit?
No, each club may have as many members as desired. Some sports do have roster limits associated with competition/travel games
8. Who is responsible for making the schedule?
The Officers for each club is responsible for directing all activities on behalf of the club, including game scheduling
9. Does Campus Recreation provide sports equipment?
Campus Recreation does have a limited supply of sports equipment on hand.
10. How often do teams practice?
Each team's practice times vary. Some practice once a week, and some practice up to four times a week.
