To ensure the highest of quality online course design, teaching, and student engagement in A-State online degree programs, uses the nationally recognized Quality Maters (QM) rubric as a guide to help faculty design online courses.
The Quality Matters Rubric is research supported and promotes best practice-based quality standards and procedures. It consists of eight general standards that define quality expectations for the basic design of an online or blended course. The general standards cover:
