Degrees are awarded and posted to transcripts several weeks after classes end, as grades are evaluated and end-of-term processes completed. Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning their degree posting.
Diplomas
Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning diploma distribution. Diplomas will not be issued if there is a financial hold.

Graduation Fee
This fee is required of ALL students even if not participating in the ceremony. The fee covers the processing of the paperwork, the printing of the Commencement Program, and the Diploma and cover.
