Obtaining Your Diploma
Students receive correspondence from the graduation staff about diploma availability through their student email during the semester of commencement. If you have additional questions, contact graduation@astate.edu.
Replacement Diplomas
To obtain a replacement diploma, you must fill out the form below and submit it to the Registrar's Office. There is a $15 fee to obtain a replacement diploma. Diplomas cannot be scanned and/or mailed electronically.

Replacement Minor Certificates
To obtain a replacement minor certificate, you must fill out our the form below and submit it to the Registrar's Office. There is a $15 fee to obtain a replacement certificate.

Apostille/Certification
If you require a transcript or diploma to be certified or apostilled, please note that this process is not immediate and we recommend that you allow sufficient time for processing. Here are the steps that you need to take for this process:
- Request an official copy of your transcript and/or diploma.
- Request that this is notarized through the Office of the Registrar. Documents must be properly notarized by an Arkansas Notary Public or must bear the seal and signature of an Arkansas elected official.
- If you require this to be sent through for the Arkansas Apostille and Certification process, you can find additional information on the Arkansas Secretary of State's website.
