What is the Pre-Law Club at A-State?
The Arkansas State University Pre-Law Club was formed out of the passion of a dozen students with a dream of making law school a reality for countless Arkansans. With the help of Dr. Laquita Saunders and Dr. Kevin Unter, the Pre-Law Club held its first meeting on October 25th, 2006. It wouldn't be long until the club made a big splash around campus with philanthropy, field trips, moot court trials and more all planned in its first year.
On Wednesday, March 12th, 2008, the Arkansas State University Pre-Law Center held its grand opening in Wilson Hall room 207-A. Nearly a decade later and the club now resides in the beautiful Phelps & Womack Pre-Law Center (HSS 3027). To this day, the Pre-Law Club tirelessly uses its resources to provide access to legal careers for all Arkansas State University Students.
