A-State Department of Music to Present Faculty Recital
JONESBORO – The Department of Music at Arkansas State University will present the third concert in the 2013-2014 Faculty Recital Series on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 7:30 p.m. in Fowler Center, Riceland Hall.
The concert will feature faculty members Lauren Schack Clark, piano; Marika Kyriakos, soprano; Matthew Carey, baritone; Dale Clark, bassoon; Guy Harrison, violin; Ken Hatch, clarinet; Dan Tacke, piano; and guest artist Sean Pollock, piano.
The program will include performances of “Two Etudes-tableaux” by Sergei Rachmaninoff, “Sonata for Violin and Piano” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, “Der Hirt auf dem Felsen” by Franz Schubert, “The Prologo” from “I Pagliacci” by Ruggero Leoncavallo, and “The Three-Legged Toad” by Rosey Lee.
