A-State SBTDC to Offer Website Training
JONESBORO, Ark. — The Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) is offering free website training in Batesville and Melbourne this April.
Small businesses with little to no budget for custom developed websites are encouraged to attend the “Website in a Day” workshop Wednesday, April 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Batesville and again on Thursday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Melbourne. Attendees will learn the basics of template websites offered by Weebly and will learn the tools to build their own website.
“Website in a Day” is free to any small business owner interested in learning about the Weebly service and is made possible with a partnership with Connect Arkansas. Weebly is based in San Francisco, Calif., and those with a Weebly site can start their own business, communicate with clients and showcase achievements.

The training in Batesville is at the Batesville Championship, 409 Vine Street, and attendees must register by Monday, April 7. The session in Melbourne will be at Ozarka College, 218 College Drive. Pre-registration is Thursday, April 14.
