A-State SBTDC to Present Small Business Seminars in Wynne
JONESBORO — Four workshops designed to provide information about starting a business and growing an existing business are being offered by the Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC), Monday, Dec. 8, in Wynne at the Cross County Chamber of Commerce, 1790 Falls Blvd., N. #2.
“Starting a Business in Arkansas” will be held from 9-10 a.m., followed by “How to Write a Business Plan” from 10:30-11:30 a.m., “Market Research: High Quality and In-Depth Analysis for Small Business” from 1-2 p.m., and “Patents: Taking the Idea from Thought to Commercialization” from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Robert Bahn, ASBTDC lead business consultant at Arkansas State, will instruct the workshops. Attendees can learn about starting a business, developing a business plan, using market research to start and grow a business, and protecting ideas with patents.
