ASBTDC to Offer Opportunities in June to Future and Current Small Business Owners
JONESBORO – Future and current small business owners have several options in June to participate in a free learning opportunity through the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University.
ASBTDC provides one-to-one confidential guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs. Primary areas of assistance include business planning, financial analysis, market research, loan packaging, growth and expansion, marketing and profitability.
Consulting sessions will provide opportunities for business owners to meet with an ASBTDC business consultant. There are limited spots for consulting sessions.
Events will be held as follows:
— Tuesday, June 4, an online coffee chat will be led from 9 until 10:30 a.m. by Robert Bahn, ASBTDC business consultant and Clint Vogus, instructor of management and author of “The Right Recipe for Entrepreneurial Success.”
— Thursday, June 13, Laura Miller, ASBTDC director, will lead consulting sessions from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Newport Area Chamber of Commerce Tech Depot, located at 209 Hazel St.
— Tuesday, June 18, Miller will lead consulting sessions from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Paragould at the Generating Innovative Network, which is located at 200-212 North Pruett St.
— Tuesday, June 25, Rheanna Branscum, ASBTDC business consultant, will lead consulting sessions at the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, located at 409 Vine St.
