JONESBORO, Ark. — A professional workshop entitled “E-mail Marketing Made Easy” will be offered by Arkansas State University’s Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) and the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Tuesday, June 25, from 1-4 p.m. at the Baxter County Regional Library, 300 Library Hill, Mountain Home, Ark.
Herb Lawrence, ASU SBTDC Director, will conduct “E-mail Marketing Made Easy”. “E-mail marketing is an amazingly cost-effective way to build relationships that drive business success,” said Lawrence. “In today’s challenging economic times this cost advantage makes e-mail marketing a very powerful tool for building any business or organization. But, like anything else it has to be done the right way.”
In this three-hour seminar Lawrence will discuss how to effectively develop a professional e-mail marketing campaign that allows businesses to target the customers they want to reach, get their e-mails opened, grow a subscriber list, and use Constant Contact software to create professional-looking e-mail campaigns that will have the most impact on the customer’s Inbox. No technical expertise is required.
Registration is $35 per person ($25 for Mountain Home and Norfork Lake Chamber of Commerce members, $20 ASU-Mountain Home faculty, staff and students). For more information or to register, contact the Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center at (870) 972-3517, e-mail asusbtdc@astate.edu, or register online at http://asbtdc.ualr.edu/training/jonesboro.asp.
These seminars are co-sponsored by the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Norfork Lake Chamber of Commerce, Baxter County Library, ASU-Mountain Home, First Community Bank, First National Banking Company and Liberty Bank of Arkansas.
