Campus Constituents to Offer Strategic Plan Input
JONESBORO – Town hall meetings to receive feedback on the draft proposal of goals for Arkansas State University’s next strategic plan are scheduled for students, faculty, staff and alumni during the month of October.
Each constituent group will have its own meeting to discuss the draft goals, provide feedback on the goals, recommend strategies the university should employ, and make other suggestions related to the draft plan.
The town hall dates and times are:
A-State Students -- Monday, Oct. 21, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
A-State Staff – Monday, Oct. 21, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A-State Faculty – Wednesday, Oct. 23, from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A-State Alumni – Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For anyone unable to attend their constituent group meeting, a session open to all is set for Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The locations for each meeting will be determined soon.

The format of the meetings follows that of the recent community leaders meeting this week. Chancellor Kelly Damphousse will provide a brief overview of the current state of the university, followed by general discussion of the draft outline.
