College of Education and Behavioral Science Names Top Grads for 2024-25

JONESBORO – The College of Education and Behavioral Science at Arkansas State University recognized 38 outstanding graduating students for the 2024-25 academic year during Convocation of Scholars, according to Dr. Annette Hux, interim dean of the college.

The Chancellor’s Scholar award for highest overall grade point in the college was presented to Sabrina Pierce of Maumelle, a student in the Department of Psychology and Counseling.

The 4.0 Graduate Award was presented to nine seniors who are completing their degree programs with a perfect GPA. They are Kellcy O’Neal of Marion, Haley Brimingham of Malden, Mo., Haley Reddick of Jonesboro, Audrey Allison of Conway, Faith Banks of Pocahontas, Caroline Parkinson of Roland, Madison Sokol of Pea Ridge, Jaycie Strong of Salem, and Gertie Langford of Germantown, Tenn.

The departmental awards are presented to the graduate in each degree program who has most excelled in scholarship, leadership and service to the department.
