Combined Choirs Present Third Annual Sounds of the Season
Combined A-State Choirs and Diamond Brass Band perform in Sounds of the Season Concert
JONESBORO – A very appreciative audience enjoyed the third annual Sounds of the Season, a magnificent concert of holiday musical selections performed by the A-State Choirs and the Diamond Brass Band, during a Monday evening concert in Riceland Hall of Fowler Center at Arkansas State University.
Conductors Dr. Ryan W. Sullivan, Dr. Colleen McNickle and Dr. Nicholas Balla directed the various participating groups, including the Singing Statesmen, Jonesboro Chorale, Scarlet Voices, Concert Choir and Combined Treble Choir.
These groups also performed as a combined choir to present “A Festive Christmas” arranged by Howard Lorriman, and “A Christmas Fantasy,” arranged by Gordon Langford.
