NPHC Lounge Grand Opening Scheduled for Tuesday in Reng Student Union

JONESBORO – The campus community is invited to a grand opening at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, for the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Lounge at Arkansas State University.
The lounge is on the east end of the second floor of the Carl R. Reng Student Union.
Chancellor Todd Shields will give the welcome, followed by remarks from NPHC President Diamond Watson of Wheatley.
Representatives from the fraternities and sororities that make up the NPHC will cut the ribbon to formally open the lounge.
Those groups are Alpha Phi Alpha, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Delta Sigma Theta, Phi Beta Sigma, Zeta Phi Beta, Sigma Gamma Rho and Iota Phi Theta.
