Services for Emeritus Administrator Don Denny are Thursday

JONESBORO – The university community extends sympathy to the family, colleagues and friends of veteran Arkansas State University administrator Don C. Denny of Jonesboro, who died Saturday.
An A-State alumnus with bachelor's and master's degrees, Denny served on the A-State staff for 35 years, from 1958 until 1993. He enjoyed counseling and working with students, and making a difference in their lives. At his retirement, he was named emeritus associate dean of students.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, from 5-7 p.m. and the funeral service will be Thursday, June 14, 2 p.m., at Emerson Funeral Home.
