Students Elect Members of 2018 Homecoming Court
JONESBORO – Students at Arkansas State University elected 10 of their classmates for the 2018 Homecoming Court. Members of the court were introduced Monday night at a Homecoming Week party in Centennial Hall of the Reng Student Union.
Online voting for queen and king will be Friday, Nov. 2, with selections to be announced during the pre-game Homecoming Court introduction Saturday, prior to A-State's 2 p.m. football game with South Alabama at Centennial Bank Stadium.
Members of the Homecoming Court who are finalists for queen, with hometown, classification, major, sponsor and parents are:
- Hannah Hale of Tyronza, a senior health studies major, nominated by Chi Omega sorority. Her parents are Hershel Hale and Micky Hale.
- Cimone Hamiter of West Helena, a senior nursing major, nominated by Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. Her parents are Ledale Williams and Cindy Williams.
- Cori Keller of Stuttgart, a junior exercise science major, nominated by Sigma Chi fraternity. Her parents are Lynn Keller and Tracy Keller.
- Stacey Mott of Tyronza, a senior communication disorders major, nominated by Delta Zeta sorority. Her parents are James Mott and Kristie Mott.
- Ellie Stafford of Jonesboro, a junior strategic communication major, nominated by Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Her parents and Trey Stafford and Jenna Stafford.

- Landen Crancer of Rector, a senior accounting major, nominated by Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. His parents are Stephen Crancer and Michele Crancer.
- Oliver Gibbs of Memphis, a senior business major, nominated by Delta Zeta sorority. His parents are Steve Gibbs and Tracy Gibbs.
- William Metzger of Cabot, a senior exercise science major, nominated by Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. His parents are Raymond Paladino and Elizabeth Paladino.
- Drew Roberson of Jonesboro, a junior political science major, nominated by Chi Omega sorority. His parents are Scott Roberson and Tamara Roberson.
- Anthony Sumlin of Clarksdale, Miss., a junior biology and chemistry major, nominated by the Student Philanthropy Council. His mother is Kiesha Sumlin of Lawrenceville, Ga.
