Students Select Members of 2020 Homecoming Court

JONESBORO – Members of Arkansas State University's 2020 Homecoming Court were introduced during campus “Howling Twenties” activities Tuesday evening.
Online voting for queen and king will be Friday, Sept. 25. Winners will be announced during pregame ceremonies Saturday before A-State's 2:30 p.m. game with Tulsa at Centennial Bank Stadium.
Members of the Homecoming Court who are finalists for queen, with hometown, classification, major, sponsor and parents are:
- Blaze Cantrell of McGehee, a senior creative media production major, nominated by Delta Zeta sorority. Her parents are Steven Cantrell of Dumas and Lee Ann Elliott of Brookland.
- Alexa Floyd of Batesville, a senior biological sciences major with a pre-medical emphasis, nominated by Chi Omega sorority. Her parents are Thomas and Nicole Floyd of Batesville.
- Megan Gunnels of Conway, a senior psychology major, nominated by the Red Wolves Dance Team. Her parents are Brian and Tabatha Gunnels of Conway.
- Paige McCord of Jonesboro, a senior communication disorders major, nominated by Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. Her parents are Mark and Chris McCord of Jonesboro.
- Makayla Sprinkle of Harrisburg, a senior exercise science major, nominated by Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Her mother is Dana Sprinkle of Harrisburg.

- Keyon Atkins of Mineral Springs, a junior majoring in psychology and criminology, nominated by Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. His parents are Kenny Atkins of Texarkana and Rochelle Gamble of Mineral Springs.
- Morgan Blankenship of Crossett, a senior biological sciences major with a pre-professional emphasis, nominated by the Honors College. His parents are Tony and Amy Blankenship of Crossett.
- Rashad Kirksey of Jonesboro, a senior political science major, nominated by Delta Zeta sorority. His parents are Steven and Felicia Kirksey of Jonesboro.
- Blake Moore of Jonesboro, a senior communication disorders major, nominated by A-State Spirit Squads. His parents are Harry and Sharon Harvey of Jonesboro.
- Will Smith of Malvern, a junior criminology major, nominated by the Student Philanthropy Council. His parents are Daryl and Kristal Smith of Malvern.
The Little Miss A-State will be Averie Bey Ferrell, daughter of Doug and Lai Ferrell of Jonesboro. The Little Mr. A-State will be Jett Baker, son of Jon and Jessica Baker of Jonesboro.
