University Extends Sympathy to Family of Sgt. Robert Peevey

JONESBORO – Arkansas State University Police Sergeant Robert Peevey died at his home Tuesday evening. Sgt. Peevey joined the Arkansas State University Police Department in August of 2007, and is survived by his wife, Stephanie, and son Rex.
“On behalf of the entire Arkansas State University family, I wish to express our deepest condolences to the Peevey family,” Chancellor Tim Hudson said.
UPD Chief Randy Martin said, “The University Police Department is saddened by the passing of Sergeant Robert Peevey. Sergeant Peevey was a great officer who worked hard to serve the campus community with integrity and passion. He will be deeply missed.”
