We are here to help whether you have a general question, want assistance, or need to report a concern. Our campus community is asked to remain mindful of their commitment that Every Red Wolf Counts. You do this by helping to keep the university a safe and ethical institution.
We do not condone wrongful conduct by anyone, no matter what position they may hold. A-State encourages the reporting of misconduct. If you see something, say something.

Discrimination or Bias
A-State does not discriminate based upon color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, age, national origin, religion, marital status, veteran status, genetic information or disability in any of its practices, policies or procedures. Use this form to file a report of discrimination or bias on the basis of any of these categories other than the categories listed in the Sexual Discrimination or Sexual Harassment box.

Title IX prohibits discrimination - including discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, adoption, parenting, and all related conditions - in education and in programs and activities that receive federal funding. If you are a pregnant or parenting student, you have the right to stay in school so you can meet your education and career goals.

The Office of Student Conduct is responsible for addressing issues of behavior with students and student organizations. They also offer programming to educate students on appropriate behavior.

All grievances will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. A grievance must be activated within sixty (60) days from the time the events leading to the complaint occurred. You can find the faculty and staff policies online.
