Biography
Dr. Manlove has been a faculty member in the College of Agriculture at A-State since 2020 and currently is an associate professor of agricultural economics. Prior to joining A-State, Dr. Manlove worked for Tarleton State University and for Bunge North America. Dr. Manlove has an active research program in the area of rural and community development with a focus on the uses of rural broadband to sustain and produce development.
He has published many scholarly articles in national and international scientific journals and has received funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and several local and state agencies.
