Biography
Laiyang Ke is an Instructor/Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Arkansas State University. He teaches courses in public administration, leadership, and coding for policy analytics. His research interests focus on public budgeting and financial management, infrastructure and education finance, and urban policy. His work has been published in PLOS ONE, Public Budgeting & Finance, Public Finance Review, and Public Choice. He was awarded the Adam Smith Fellowship from the Mercatus Center, George Mason University.
