The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement, and Office of Admissions at Arkansas State University will host A-State Connection on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
What is A-State Connection?
A-State Connection is a diversity recruitment program designed for high-achieving high school juniors from underrepresented racial/ethnic backgrounds. Students will receive information about A-State resources and tips on how to successfully navigate college. The day will be filled with fun and informative sessions to connect students to all aspects of academic and campus life at A-State.
A-State Connection Requirements
- The student must reside in Arkansas or the Memphis, TN metro area
- The student must be from a marginalized racial/ethnic background (Examples: African American, Asian American, Native American, Hispanic)
- The student must be a junior matriculating in a college preparatory curriculum
