Survey Goals
Arkansas State University is committed to improving the campus climate for all red wolves. Campus Climate includes behaviors within a workplace or learning environment, ranging from subtle to cumulative to dramatic, that can influence whether an individual feels personally safe, listened to, valued, and treated fairly and with respect. During the Spring 2020 semester, A-State faculty, staff and students were invited to offer feedback on the Campus Climate via a survey. Results were analyzed during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. Focus groups were held Fall 2021. This page details reports and recommendations from various campus climate council sub-committees using the results of survey data and focus groups on campus climate topics.
