Biography

I successfully defended my dissertation and received my PhD in Management Sciences from Esade Business School in Barcelona, Spain. As a citizen of the United States, I opted to conduct my doctoral studies abroad with the objective of returning to a local university, here at home, with international experience, a global network, and fluency in a third language (English, Arabic, and Spanish).

I specialize my cross-disciplinary research at the intersection of new digital technologies and organizational behavior in order to achieve organizational empowerment through leadership and resilience.
