Biography

Donna Parker has been the Director of Field Education since August 2007 and she was also member of the social work faculty in the early 90's. She is the faculty sponsor of the Student Social Work Organization and is very involved in volunteer activities. Ms. Parker has been a therapist with Families Inc. since 1999 specializing in child and family therapy and continues a part time practice today. She is also an adoption specialist and conducts private adoptive home studies and supportive services. Ms. Parker has worked in child protection and also taught DCFS new worker training through the University of Arkansas. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
