Biography
Mrs. Ferrell is an instructor in the Transition Studies department at A-State. She teaches courses in reading and writing improvement. Additionally, she teaches the Making Connections course which is part of the University’s First- Year Experience program. She has worked for over 30 years at A-State.
Mrs. Ferrell earned her BS in Elementary Education from Tennessee Technological University in 1984, and she received her MA in Reading Education from the same institution in 1986.
In her spare time, Mrs. Ferrell enjoys spending time with her family and her pets. She also enjoys gardening and watching sports
