Biography
Mrs. Cravens is a developmental writing and co-requisite reading and writing instructor for the Transition Studies program in University College. She has worked in higher education for five years, previously working as full-time faculty at Arkansas Northeastern College in Blytheville where she taught developmental and credit-bearing English courses, as well as worked in an advisory capacity for A.A. transfer students at the college.
Mrs. Cravens earned her B.A. in English from Arkansas State University in 2010, becoming the first in her family to attend and graduate from college. She received her M.A. in English, where her focus and emphasis during her studies was on American Literature since 1900, in 2013.
